NORTHROP GRUMMAN

1996

Northrop Grumman buys Westinghouse military and electronics businesses in 1996. The Westinghouse facility closes in 1999.

SCIENCE PARK

2009

College Station Science Park, LLC purchases former Westinghouse facility, after being vacant for more than nine years, to house Lynntech LLC.

OLDHAM GOODWIN

2016

Oldham Goodwin Capital, LP purchases Science Park and begins its transformation into Providence Park.
